Responsibilities:
  • Development & Configuration Design and implement file transfer workflows using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway, and Secure Proxy (SSP).
  • Configure adapters (FTP, SFTP, HTTP, AS2, MQ, etc.) and trading partner profiles.
  • Develop custom business processes, maps, and services for data transformation and routing.
  • Administration & Maintenance Manage Sterling environments including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Perform user and security management, including certificates and encryption keys.
  • Operational Support Provide L2/L3 support for file transfer incidents and service requests.
  • Analyze logs, resolve connectivity issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for problem resolution.
