The role focuses on supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing identity platforms, authorization systems, and user provisioning infrastructure using advanced automation and AI-powered tools. You will work with established identity solutions, support multiple platforms, leverage automation to streamline operations, and use AI-driven insights to detect and resolve complex identity and access issues efficiently.
