Job Description

Power Factors seeks a senior IT professional to own EU IT operations and lead our identity and access management program. You will manage Microsoft Entra ID, the Atlassian stack, and AI tooling including Claude, while diagnosing complex configurations and driving process improvements. You will be the go-to IT resource for EU employees, supporting onboarding, hardware lifecycle, and secure access across Saa S and internal apps. Fluency in English;
