Lead impactful water infrastructure projects as a Senior Hydrotechnical Engineer with WSP in British Columbia. Utilize your expertise in hydraulic and hydrologic modelling to influence major municipal decisions.
As a Principal Hydrotechnical Engineer, you will spearhead climate-resilient projects across Western Canada. Your role includes delivering essential modelling and strengthening client relationships while guiding multidisciplinary teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring sustainable outcomes through innovative approaches and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hydrotechnical design for complex projects
• Deliver watershed and hydraulic modelling analysis
• Drive business development to enhance WSP’s presence
• Provide technical guidance on water resources assessments
• Champion sustainable tools and modelling methodologies
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Registered P.Eng. with EGBC or eligible
