To lead and manage complete HR operations at the Nagpur plant , ensuring smooth industrial relations, statutory compliance, talent management, and employee engagement aligned with business goals. The role is critical for driving people practices in a fastener manufacturing environment .
Key Responsibilities:
Plant HR Operations:
Oversee end-to-end HR activities at the plant
Attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
Manpower planning, budgeting & workforce optimization
Contract labour administration with focus on productivity & compliance
Industrial Relations (IR):
Manage union interactions and collective bargaining (if applicable)
Handle disciplinary cases & domestic enquiries
Grievance redressal and settlement negotiations
