Our client is a global manufacturing organization with a strong technical heritage and a growing U.S. footprint. They are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior HR leader for a complex, unionized, manufacturing facility within a regulated medical products environment. This role will be instrumental in stabilizing labor relations, rebuilding trust, and restoring strong people practices at a critical site.


Key Responsibilities:
