Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policy Implementation
- Design and implement standardized HR policies across group companies in alignment with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure consistent HR governance and regulatory compliance across all entities.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
- Reduce hiring cycle time and improve talent quality through competency-based hiring frameworks.
