Senior Human Resources Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic business partner for a large-scale manufacturing operation in Mexico. This role will lead all aspects of Human Resources, supporting a dynamic 24/7 environment and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business performance through people strategies, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance.
