Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist supports all day-to-day HR functions within a manufacturing plant environment. This role acts as a key liaison between employees, supervisors, and management, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, legislative compliance, and effective people practices. The HR Generalist plays a hands‑on role in recruitment, employee relations, health and safety coordination, payroll support, performance management, and HR process improvement. This role will be key in fostering a positive workplace culture.
