We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the Precast business unit with strong focus on HR operations governance, ISO compliance, and documentation control. This role requires a structured and detail-oriented HR professional who is comfortable working in a manufacturing and operational environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations support for the Precast business unit
Manage HR documentation control in compliance with ISO standards and audit requirements
Ensure proper filing, traceability, and accuracy of HR records and documentation
Support internal and external audits including ISO and statutory compliance audits
Maintain structured HR systems, SOPs, and documentation workflows
Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and operational procedures
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, and contract updates
