Senior Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist – Site HR Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support to the Delta facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager in Delta, BC, this role partners closely with Plant Leadership, Corporate HR, and union representatives to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disability and WSBC claims, labour relations processes, and compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR lead supporting hourly and salaried employees
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and collective agreement interpretation
• Support supervisors and managers on coaching, grievances, performance, and corrective actions
• Support quarterly JLM meetings and attend JHSC meetings
• Coordinate disability claims, WSBC filings, RTW, and modified duty arrangements
