As a key HR partner, you will leverage your expertise over five years to advise on performance management, compliance, and employee development. This role involves partnering with various departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive environment where employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance matters
• Manage recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding
• Conduct workplace investigations and conflict resolution
• Administer bi-weekly payroll and HRIS updates
• Coordinate disability management and workplace accommodations
Requirements:
• Minimum five (5) years in HR generalist roles
• CHRP designation required; CHRL is an asset
