This position will be based in Algeria and reporting to Regional HR Director- Turkey, North-West Africa, Egypt.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HRBP to lead our human resources strategy and partner closely with the business to enable organizational success. This role will oversee HR planning, talent strategies, organizational design, and the delivery of high‑quality HR solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the HR strategy in alignment with business goals, ensuring workforce and talent plans support both current and future needs.
  • Oversee organizational design, headcount planning, and key talent processes to build a strong and scalable organization.
