  • Perform payroll process to ensure the data accuracy for payment calculation, such as allowance, OT, Provident fund and social security work.
  • The recruit-to-retire process; perform recruiting and selection process, Handle-improve job description, offering, and onboarding per guidelines including relations activities for campus with the institutes and promoting company's good image. And also maintain manpower and organization.
  • Provide, support, and perform C&B administrations and services for employees to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction e.g. the certified letter, loan, the employee data report/required, group health insurance, provident fund and etc.
  • Coordinate with HRD to develop training course.
  • Support for HR-related tasks.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
