Senior Human Resource Manager

SUMMARY:
We need an experienced Senior HR Manager with working experience within a manufacturing / FMCG production environment across multiple sites.

POSITION INFO:
This role supports a manufacturing environment across multiple sites, partners with operational leadership to drive performance, ensuring compliance, and delivery of effective people solutions aligned to business needs. You are commercially astute, operationally grounded and hands-on, a strong influencer with credibility in unionised environments and able to demonstrate resilient and you are solutions-focused. Essentially we need an experienced Human Resource Manager with a good 5-8 years as HRBP, a HR or Organisational Psychology Degree and must have experience within a manufacturing / FMCG production environment across multiple sites.
