Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers and agencies to ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and clearance
  • Organise training programmes, manage funding applications, and track learning outcomes
  • Support internship programmes and university engagement activities including outreach and events
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to support workplace culture
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and digital workflows for data accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel and support basic workforce data analysis and KPI tracking
