Responsibilities

• Maintain legal compliance in safety and occupational health (annual planning, staff training, etc.).
• Lead the HSSE professional team across business areas (staffing, training, development).
• Receive occupational safety requirements for projects and coordinate their development and compliance.
• Implement a work dynamic aiming at professional excellence.
• Prepare procedures, instructions, and necessary records for the Project and Office activities.
• Implement, verify, and control the Internal Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Advise on health and safety matters to Stantec leaders, focusing on people care.
• Act as advisor in accident investigation related to Stantec professional activities.
• Support the Health and Safety Joint Committee management in our offices.
