Job Description
Take the lead in strategic HR initiatives as a Senior HRBP Specialist with TJX Canada. This 16-month contract role focuses on talent strategies and delivering impactful HR programs.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to enhance talent development, labour relations, and organizational efficiency. With at least five years of HR experience, you’ll assess challenges and provide innovative solutions, aiming to create a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HRBPs in delivering complete talent lifecycle
• Advise leaders on talent needs and strategies
• Deliver labour relations support for negotiations
• Analyze workforce data and produce insightful reports
• Coordinate training for new leaders on HR processes
