The Mission: This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations. We are seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations. The Role: - Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs. - Improve our performance review, supporting the management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies. - Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives.
