This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position where your work includes a wide range of practical and hands‑on responsibilities in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. The role requires willingness to travel across the Nordics (Finland, Sweden and Norway).

• Support managers in employee‑related matters such as performance, conduct, absence, and employee relations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Design and develop onboarding practices that help new employees succeed from day one.
