Job Description

The Senior Process Manager – HRBP will partner closely with business and vertical leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. This role is responsible for leading HR programs, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, driving performance management, and creating a high-engagement culture aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance backed by data and analytics to enable informed leadership decisions.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
