As our HR Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring compliance with Canadian employment laws, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with Canadian labor standards.
• Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with federal and provincial regulations (Canada Labour Code , Employment Standards Act , Human Rights Act ).
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
