Swarovski is seeking a Senior Employee Lifecycle Specialist (Korean Speaker) in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, to manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through performance, promotions, payroll changes and termination, ensuring processes meet KPIs and quality standards.

You will coordinate onboarding, payroll changes, promotions, leaves, and terminations while maintaining high data quality in HR systems and delivering excellent service to managers and staff in a hybrid work
