Dempsey Resource Management seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee Labor relations, disciplinary management, and DOLE/NLRC compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive HR policies, manage high-volume recruitment, and ensure confidentiality and integrity across operations.

The role requires 8–12 years in HR with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, ideally with FMCG or plant-based industry exposure, and strong MS Office/HR system proficiency.
