Senior HR Generalist

This is a high-impact, hands-on HR role at the center of a rapidly scaling tech organization operating in the AI infrastructure space. You will own key people operations processes spanning the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines execution and strategy, requiring someone who can confidently manage HR operations while also helping shape scalable people programs. You will work closely with leadership, Legal, Finance, and People teams to ensure smooth HR operations and strong employee experience.
