Senior HR Generalist

About the Role

Next Maritime is looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Generalist to build and strengthen our HR function. This is a strategic role for someone who is passionate about creating HR processes from the ground up while managing the full employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is proactive, business-oriented, exceptionally organized, and confident handling everything from recruitment and payroll to employee relations and HR operations. Shipping or maritime industry experience is highly preferred.

This position offers strong career growth with the potential to advance into an HR Lead or HR Business Partner role as the company continues to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full Recruitment Cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Oversee all Personnel functions, including employee files, contracts, social insurance, labor ...
