Position Overview

The HR Generalist will serve as the primary on‑the‑ground HR resource for a growing organization. This role functions as a true Swiss‑army‑knife generalist , providing tactical and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This position is critical in easing workload, strengthening HR processes, and supporting both employees and leaders.


Key Responsibilities

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Conduct internal investigations as assigned by HR leadership.
  • Interpret HR policies, company processes, and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Use sound judgment to identify when issues require elevation to HR leadership.
