Job Summary:


The selected candidate will manage Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Operations (40%), with a strong emphasis on end‑to‑end recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding




  • Managing bulk and lateral hiring for functions such as Sales, CRM, Projects and other real‑estate roles




  • Ensuring strong coordination with hiring managers and maintaining a healthy pipeline




  • Managing employee onboarding, documentation, HRMIS records, and attendance




  • Supporting payroll inputs, employee engagement, grievance handling and HR compliance
