Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive plays a key role in managing and implementing HR strategies and operations across various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy enforcement. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment while supporting organizational growth.



Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.



Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely placements.



Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.



- Employee Relations



Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
