Senior HR Executive – Learning & Development

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for enhancing employee experience by managing learning and development, employee engagement, onboarding, employee relations, and HR initiatives that support a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage learning and development programs, training calendars, and training evaluations. Identify employee development needs and coordinate training initiatives. Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities. Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience.
