Job Scope

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF requirements, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and administer employment contracts, HR letters, policies, and employee records.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee leave, attendance, benefits, and HR documentation.

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Administer monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage CPF contributions, government-related submissions, and statutory reporting.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HR Management System (HRMS).
  • Serve as the HRMS administrator and support system improvements or migration projects when required.
