Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Administer compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies
- Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support training & development initiatives and staff engagement activities
- Assist in policy review and implementation of HR best practices
- Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
