Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support organizational planning, job structuring, and workforce development.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with insights and recommendations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
