Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Support organizational planning, job structuring, and workforce development.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with insights and recommendations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
