The Role

Senior HR Compliance Specialist (Temporary - Contract Role)

We have an existing vacancy in our HR Compliance team, a specialized group focused on employment legislation analysis and interpretation. This team uses HR compliance expertise to track employment-related legislative changes and translate them into clear, practical guidance for employers. It is not a generalist HR role, best suited to individuals with experience in HR compliance, employment law, or labour relations.

  • Monitor and analyze federal and provincial employment and labour legislation for changes that impact clients.
