THE ROLE

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our management team to influence and build positive employee relations
  • Manage workplace issues including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other investigations and disciplinary matters as required
  • Assisting in the provision of HR related information and documentation for tendering and bidding
  • Support the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements terms and conditions in a changing workplace relations environment
  • Provide advice to support coaching to compliance to ensure consistency and procedural fairness
