Senior HR & Administration Leader – Manufacturing

Hirehub Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Kulai, Johor to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector with 300 employees. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Salary is RM7,000 and negotiable based on experience.
