Overview
Process and maintain employee data transactions in Oracle HRIS, including hires, terminations, and employee changes. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of employee data to support downstream payroll processing. Perform regular data audits and validations to maintain data integrity and compliance with SLAs. Collect, verify, and manage employee documentation required for payroll and HR processing. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and organizational changes. Generate and maintain reports related to employee data and HR operations. Provide day-to-day support and serve as a key contact for HRIS-related inquiries. Act as a key user of Oracle HRIS, supporting system functionality, data accuracy, and issue resolution. Monitor and maintain data quality across systems, ensuring consistency between HRIS and downstream platforms (e.g., payroll systems).
