What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Advertise vacancies and source candidates through various channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents
- Handle employment pass application, renewal and expatriate documentation
- Liaise with government authorities and external service providers
- Coordinate internship programmes and recruitment events
- Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews
- Organize employee engagement activities, CSR programmes and events
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
- Support foreign worker administration and coordination
