What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Advertise vacancies and source candidates through various channels
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Handle employment pass application, renewal and expatriate documentation
  • Liaise with government authorities and external service providers
  • Coordinate internship programmes and recruitment events
  • Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews
  • Organize employee engagement activities, CSR programmes and events
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
  • Support foreign worker administration and coordination
