Job Description

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Housing Planner for a 6 months contract. The post will lead on assessment and determination of planning applications, provide expert advice, and represent the Council in planning proceedings.

Hybrid working arrangement with attendance at offices and meetings as required. Essential experience includes development management, major applications, and Section 106 agreements.
