The Senior Highway Engineer – Highway Lead is a senior-level civil engineering role focused on leading multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure design projects in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The position supports the delivery of highway and bridge projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) within a consulting engineering environment operating in a hybrid work mode (three days per week in office).
The role encompasses detailed design and project leadership across freeway widening, interchange design, roadway rehabilitation, bridge rehabilitation and replacement, and intersection improvements.
