Squamish Nation is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant (Sr. HCA) to join the Home and Community Care (HCC) team within Yúustway Health and Wellness, part of the Nexwnínlhewá7nem Ch’áwch’aw Division.

This senior role is key to ensuring high‑quality, respectful, and coordinated home care services for Squamish Nation Members. The Sr. HCA supports daily program operations, provides senior‑level client care, and serves as the first point of contact and supervisor for Health Care Assistants and Homemakers. This is more than a care role—it’s an opportunity to lead with compassion, uphold cultural safety, and strengthen community well‑being from birth to end of life.
