Lead the Health and Wellness Department as the Healing Model Manager in M’Chigeeng First Nation. Oversee vital mental health programs, staff supervision, and implement culturally relevant care.
This Senior Management role requires effective coordination of the Healing Model services to ensure person-centered and trauma-informed care. You will support the Health and Wellness Director, incorporating Anishnabek cultural values. Essential duties include developing work plans, managing personnel, and evaluating program effectiveness to meet community needs.
