Job Description
Guru Hits is currently hiring a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to lead Oracle HR/HCM implementations and support activities across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
The Oracle HCM Consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle HR/HCM solutions. This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HR/HCM modules across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with HR stakeholders.
- Analyze, design, configure, and deploy HR solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
