The Mission
A senior hardware team in Sydney builds complex electronic systems that must work first time and continue to work at scale.

The PCB designs are largely completed upstream. This role exists to ensure those designs survive manufacturing, supplier variability, and real-world, rugged conditions.

This is where hardware moves from design intent to repeatable production.

What You’ll Work On

• Reviewing high-speed and RF-adjacent PCB designs for production readiness
• Assessing schematics, layouts, and BOMs with a manufacturing and reliability focus
• Working directly with suppliers to validate components, processes, and incoming quality
