Job Description
**IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:**
+ Lead the development of mixed-signal electronics for products such as voltmeters, phasing tools, voltage detectors, and dielectric testers including embedded electronics.
+ Define, plan, and coordinate product development, qualification, safety, and regulatory compliance testing.
+ Conduct concept feasibility studies and technical risk evaluations for new products.
+ Evaluate new and emerging technologies and recommend adoption for future designs.
+ Ensure smooth transition to production by creating test specifications, supporting design for manufacturability, and collaborating with suppliers.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, debugging, and design reviews.
+ Support field investigations and resolve manufacturing or supply chain issues throughout the product lifecycle.
