Job Description
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Lead the development of mixed-signal electronics for products such as voltmeters, phasing tools, voltage detectors, and dielectric testers including embedded electronics.
Define, plan, and coordinate product development, qualification, safety, and regulatory compliance testing.
Conduct concept feasibility studies and technical risk evaluations for new products.
Evaluate new and emerging technologies and recommend adoption for future designs.
Ensure smooth transition to production by creating test specifications, supporting design for manufacturability, and collaborating with suppliers.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands-on problem solving, debugging, and design reviews.
Support field investigations and resolve manufacturing or supply chain issues throughout the product lifecycle.
