Job Description

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with demonstrated business impact
  • Proven success managing and scaling paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
  • Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, and landing page strategy
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, SaaS, or clinical technology marketing preferred
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and landing page strategy
  • Expertise in customer acquisition, attribution, analytics, and performance measurement
