Senior Grid Engineer (f/m/d)

The Senior Grid Engineer plays a critical role in the development, construction, and optimisation of renewable energy projects across Germany. This position acts as the primary technical point of contact, addressing commercial, regulatory, and design-related challenges to ensure the successful delivery of renewable projects from early-stage development through to execution. The main aim is to support Germany's renewables portfolio, with flexibility for projects elsewhere if required.

• Lead the engineering phase of renewable projects, overseeing technical assessments related to grid infrastructure design, planning, cost estimation, support procurement, environmental permitting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and internal approvals. Evaluate grid infrastructure feasibility, constructability, risk assessment, and CAPEX estimates during early project phases.
