General Overview / Purpose of Job:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for driving broad conceptual exploration as well as producing all final design assets with a focus on strategic objectives, target key audiences, on-brand messaging and values communication. Under general guidance from the Art Director, you will help establish a creative direction and help lead projects for key partners as you already have a solid understanding of the project cycle. You will have a chance to mentor and develop Jr. and Mid-level Visual Designers and opportunities to develop your own design and leadership skills both internally and client-facing.
