Job Description

  • Build + ship backend services in Go

  • Work with LLMs / ML frameworks (PyTorch)

  • Iterate on models (training, fine-tuning, evaluation)

  • Help define how Go + ML actually work together in production

  • Influence architecture + potentially step into leadership

  • 5+ yrs SWE

  • Strong Go (non-negotiable)

  • Some hands-on AI/ML (not academic, practical)

  • Startup mindset (fast, ambiguous, build-from-scratch)



    • Salary/Rate Range: $190,000 - $250,000
